Membership fee is $56.50 per year for each licensed provider (dual license holders each pay $56.50). If you renew your membership before or within the month of your renewal anniversary (which is the initial month you join LCCPAC), you will receive a $5.00 discount!
Assistants, helpers and /or subs will receive a discount card when their names are submitted to membership by the primary licensed card holder. They may attend any LCCPAC monthly trainings for $10.00, with the exception of CPR and first aid trainings, with their helper card. Non member fee is $25 per training. Membership and Discount Cards must be presented to receive free/reduced fee for training.
Please note, there is a $5.00 fee for replacing lost cards.
Any fee incurred by LCCPAC for returned checks will be the responsibility of the member.
